6. Yes i have seen the video. I think that the police was to mean and too forceful, he could've done something else to get her to get out of the chair but he didn't have to flip her over. What the police did was not necessary. Yes i do because they can cause more damage than what was needed and they are just making it worse for themselves and they can seriously hurt the person. I think there is some racism because people are mean these days. It plays a big role because it gets their story out there and it sows that no one is lying about the situation. It is good that these kinds of stories are shared on social media because there needs to be a change so that this doesn't happen again.

First Commentary Article

STAAR testing is not necessary.
One test shouldn't determine if students should be able to go to the next grade level or not. I don't think STAAR testing is necessary because some kids might not be good test takers and most  kids get nervous to take this big test.

In most cases students do bad on this teat because of all the pressure they are feeling. Students get nervous because they are taking a test of the very first information they learned in the beginning of the year to what they have learned up until this test. They have to study everything they've learned in a few days. For students to do well they need more time to prepare. Teachers need to take time out of their normal class schedule to review all the information for these students to succeed.

The tests are written in a language beyond grade level meaning they make the problem a lot harder by using words that the students haven't even heard of before. The students know the material and the information but they don't understand what is being asked because of the words and phrases besting used to ask them. The kids might not be in pre ap english or math but their test will be written in ap form.

This one test could cost many kids a chance at college. Colleges will look at only their STAAR scores or SAT scores and most kids are unhappy about what they got on it because they were stressed and put  under pressure. This is unfair for many reasons because kids will want to go to good colleges but they won't be accepted in the college because of their score on these tests. Colleges should look at the kids grades throughout the whole year not just this one test. STAAR  results required to count for 15% of the students grade. This single score will impact the students grade point average by a lot. Their grade point average will go down tremendously because of this test grade.

Since the STAAR  grade counts for some of the students final course grade, it is not consistent policy. A passing STAAR score could be a C in one district but an A in another district. This will also cause the students GPA to go down. The rules and polices aren't all the same in some districts.

Other people might say, if they know the information then they will be fine taking the test. Or people will say your smart you pass everything. I do see where y'all are coming from but students get anxiety and they feel pressured to take the test.

They say the test should be easy because the students have been learning this information for along time and they should've been studying. These kids have been working for months and months learning information and if they made good grades then they should be fine..

All kids learn information differently but they should've kept up with everyone so they would all be on the same page. Some teachers don't know whether your cheating or not, some students might be sneaky about that so its up to you too you to figure out the information yourself.

Why:Gun was on a seat loaded
How: Her dog knocked it off

At 10 p.m. on Wednesday in Barstow, California, Janice Jones got shot on her leg.

Her handgun was loaded and on a seat and her dog knocked it over.

"It could have been worse"  California Highway Patrol Tammy Rye said.

Jones is lucky it just hit her leg and nothing more serious.

" The bullet hit two inches from the gas tank." Rye had said.

Jones went to two different hospitals before she got healed.

" Jones was treated at the hospital," Jim Washington said, a spokesperson from Huntington Beach Hospital.

While Janice was in the hospital, her dog Tombo was sent to the Huntington Beach Animal Control.

"The dog seemed to be malnourished" an animal control officer, Janet Ngo said.

The dog was being treated badly by Janice Jones and had many cigarette burns on its forehead.

"It could have done with a little less abuse and a few more of those pork chops," said Janet.

While checking out the dog Ngo decided her office would try to press animal abuse charges against Jones.

"Officers cited Jones for expired plates," Rye said.

The county's district attorney's office was thinking about putting charges towards the gun incident.

Ron got stuck behind a slow car and a train in his Volkswagen. Once Liam  got to the church where the wedding was being held he was too late because the wedding already started. Liam tried to stop Faith from marrying Abel but it didn't work.

In Homes Chapel, Cheshire, England on June 14, 2015, Faith was a pretty young women getting ready for her big day. Her dad was waiting for her to get ready for her wedding. Faith was about to go marry and handsome nice gentleman named Abel. He was getting ready for the big day also. Her dad, John said,
" Sweetie are you almost ready, it is about time to go."  and she said,
  " Yes father, one moment."
Meanwhile there was this ugly nice man Liam in a Volkswagen car, he was on his way to the wedding also. Liam is in love with Faith but Faith only saw him as a friend.
The wedding was about to start so everyone got seated in their seat in the church. Liam was trying his fastest to get to the church but he was running a little bit behind schedule. He got stuck driving behind a slow car that only drove twenty miles an hour on a 45 mile per hour road. Liam finally went around the slow car. Liam was getting back on schedule then there was a train coming.
"Dang it!!!" he yelled in his car,
" Why does this have to happen to me!" Liam said angrily.
Abel was at the top of the alter waiting for his soon to be wife. Soft music starts to play and John comes waling down the aisle with Faith. Her long dress drags behind her and she has a huge smile on her face. When she walks up the four stairs to the alter Abel has his hand out waiting to guide her up the stairs. The minister starts to say
"We now present....." then the doors swing open and Liam is standing in the doorway. His hair is all over the place and his face is beat red. Once he steps foot in the church he shouts
"WAIT!!!" and everyone just looks around. Abel starts to run towards him and Faith tells him to stop and come back. So Faith goes down to Liam and Liam apologizes for what he just did. Faith isn't too happy with him right now but she lets him continue talking. Liam explains how he loves her and how he doesn't want her to get married. Faith says,
'I'm sorry Liam but I only see you as a friend and I'm in love with Abel."
Liam says "I understand." he sits down and apologizes to everyone. While Faith walks back up to the alter her tries really hard not to cry in his seat. Faith tells Abel what Liam said and Abel gets furious. Faith calms him and says that everything will be okay. So they finish the wedding and the rest of their day is good.
