Short Answer:

Have you ever used Lyft or Uber to get a ride somewhere? No I have not used either one of those yet because I never needed to use it.
If you have, what was your experience like? ---
If you have not, do you think that ride sharing is something you might use in the future? Yes, maybe when I get a little older or if i need to go somewhere and if I don't get a car when i need one.

Do you think ride sharing is a good thing for a community like Austin? Yes because there's so many different people in Austin, it would be good to get to know more peoples characteristics and it is always good to help someone out.
What do you think the differences between ride sharing companies and a taxi cab company? I think a taxi's are more dirty and not as nice as uber's.

Movie review preview

1. Name of the publication
The Notebook
2. Name of the writer
Jan Sardi
3. Grade or score the movie review on a 1-10 scale in your opinion
9
4. High Points of the movie (performances, cinematography, plot, etc.)
I liked it when it started raining on both actors when they were kayaking and then they got all lovey dovey with each other. I also liked the end of the movie when they both died together holding hands. 5. Low points of the movie (performances, cinematography, plot, etc.)
I thought Allie's mom could've played a better role and be more sassy with her. 6. Quote a paragraph from the review that you think expresses the overall opinion of the reviewer about the movie.
"Roger Ebert of the Chicago Sun-Times praised the film, awarding it with three-and-a-half stars out of four, calling the photography "striking in its rich, saturated effects" and stating that the "actors are blessed by good material." Peter Lowryof Film Threat gave the film three-and-a-half stars out of five; praising the performances of both Gosling and McAdams, he wrote: "Gosling and especially McAdams give all-star performances, doing just enough to hand the reins over to the pros, who take what's left of the film and finish the audience off with some touching scenes that don't leave a dry eye in the house." About the film itself, he added: "Overall, The Notebook is a surprisingly good film that manages to succeed where many other "chick flick" like romances fail."

Movie review for Captain Philips

The Great Phillips

The first actor is Tom Hanks and he played Captain Richard Philips. He did a great job portraying all the different emotions that Philips was most likely feeling when the pirates hijacked their ship. This then brings me to Barkhad Abdi, playing as Muse, the captain of the pirates. Abdi also played this role good, he made it feel as if I was on the ship also, he made everything seem so real and he had my heart beating fast sometimes because I didn't know what his next move was going to be. The next actor is Faysal Ahmed, playing as Najee, I thought of him as a co-captain for the pirates, he had Muse's back the whole time.
The plot of Captain Phillips is Richard Phillips takes the command job of the Maesrk Alabama. Captain and the first officer Shane were ordering practice drills while doing one, they got chased by Somali pirates in to skiffs. Phillip knows that the pirates are listening to the radio traffic so he pretends to call a warship, during that time one of the skiffs turns around and goes back. The next day, the final pirates finally get close enough so the hook a ladder to the side of the Maersk Alabama. Phillip then tells his crew to hid in the engine room and the pirates capture Phillips and Shane. Phillip tries to give the pirates $30,000 but they want millions of dollars. Phillip takes Muse and Bilal to search the ship and the Chief Engineer turns the power off to the ship. When they get to the engine room, Bilal isn't wearing shoes and cuts his foot on glass that the crew had put out. Bilal then can't walk and Muse gets mad but continues searching. The crew attacks Muse and tells him to get into a lifeboat to get the rest of the pirates off the boat. the pirates won't release Phillips and the lifeboat takes off with Phillips on board with them. One of the pirates get frustrated. and wants to kill Phillips but they can't because they have to keep him safe to give to their boss. The pirates end up in a problem with the Navy SEALS.
I would give this movie a 9 out of 10. It had good details and the line up was good. All of the actors portrayed their parts good, so it helped the movie seem more real. The audience for this movie would be for teens and older, little kids might get scared and they wouldn't understand what was happening.

What should happen to the people who potentially knew that they were poisoning the people of Flint (including a lot of children)? They should be punished because they knew and were being evil and not telling people.
If it expands to the governor or even further, should those people be held accountable the same as the rest of the accused city leaders? They shouldn't get as big of a punishment because the city leaders are leaders and should've done something about it but they should be punished because it isn't fair to the people of Flint.
