Why: She is a good student and does a lot of clubs at school

How: All of her teachers voted for her to best student of the month

This month all the the teachers voted for Emily to achieve student of the month because she is a good student and she does a lot of clubs at school.

     "It feels great to be student of the month" said Emily. " It makes you feel good about yourself"
 Students get awarded when they win student of the month. "You get a medal!"

    Most parents are happy when their child gets student of the month. "My parents like to know I'm doing well in school that's why it's important to me to get student of the month."

    Some kids think its hard to get student of the month and some think it's easy. "It mainly depends on your stengths in school on how hard it is."

   A lot of kids stress because their grades aren't perfect so they think they won't win student of the month. " You don't have to make perfect grades but they have to be good."

   Some students think you have to be perfect to get student of the month. " You don't have to better than everyone but you have to be better than most people."

    It is a good thing to be awarded student of the month because it looks good on college applications. "Colleges will think you are a dilligint and hard worker."

    Most parents will push their child to get student of the month and other parents won't. "I will push  them and help the with homework or whatever else they need help with."

   A lot of parents get more upset then their child does if their child doesn't get student of the month. " I get upset because I want my child to be the best."

    According to the teacher they will choose student of the month differently. " I choose student of the month on how hard the student will work."
